Text Message Program

Who texts you, how you said yes, what arrives and how often, what it costs, and how to stop — with the opt-in exactly as it appears at checkout.

Short version: if you give us your mobile number and tick one box at checkout, we text you about your own party — never marketing, never anyone else’s. About 8 to 12 messages per booking. Reply STOP at any time and they stop.

Who is texting you

Bashcade, the birthday-party arcade rental at bashcade.com. Messages come from our registered business number and every one says who it is from.

How you opt in

On the booking page, under your mobile number, there is a box that reads “Text me about the party”. It is unchecked when you arrive. Ticking it is the consent; leaving it alone means no texts, and everything still reaches you by email. The words beside the box are the agreement:

By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from Bashcade about your order and your party at the number above — the booking confirmation, the invitation link, delivery and pickup notices, the reminder to test the kit, a message on party day, return reminders and your deposit refund. About 8 to 12 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can also add or change the number later in your account settings; a new number is a new consent, and removing it withdraws it.

What you get

  • A confirmation that you are signed up, sent once, the moment you opt in.
  • Your booking confirmation and the link to your invitation page.
  • Delivery or pickup notices for the box.
  • A reminder to test the kit the night before.
  • A message on party day, when the arcade unlocks.
  • Return reminders, and confirmation when your deposit is refunded.

Frequency: about 8 to 12 messages per booking, spread over roughly four weeks around your party date. Message and data rates may apply. Nothing is sent during night-time quiet hours except a confirmation you just asked for.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message and texts end immediately; you get one confirmation of that and nothing more. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or write to help@bashcade.com. Opting out changes nothing else about your order — the same updates continue by email.

Your number

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own use, including for marketing. The only party that handles the number is the provider that delivers the text on our behalf. Everything else about your data is in the Privacy Policy; the agreement you are entering is the Terms of Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
