The most common question
How many stations does a party need?

What moves the price
The date changes what you pay, and we show it before you commit
Weekdays cost less
Saturday is the scarce thing here, not the box. A Monday-to-Thursday party is meaningfully cheaper, and moving off Saturday is the easiest discount on the site.
Booking early costs less
A month of notice lets us plan the fleet instead of guessing, and that saving goes back to you.
Last minute costs more
Under a week means expedited shipping and a box pulled forward from another slot. That is a real cost, so we charge it rather than hiding it.
January and February cost less
Nobody throws parties in the trough. If your birthday lands there, you benefit.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico cost more
Transit days, honestly priced. Sometimes the right answer there is Lite, and we will say so.
Sending it back fast earns a credit
A box scanned within two days of the party puts a fleet day back. We would rather pay you for that than buy another kit.
Every one of these is a live rule, not a coupon. Pick a date in the checkout and the itemised quote shows exactly which ones applied and by how much, before you pay.
Before you book

Not linked in a PDF, not revealed at the end. This is the same component the checkout renders, filled from the same live config.
What you could be charged, and when
Schedule 2026-09-01- Equipment deposit
- $200, charged the day the box ships. Refunded to the same card within 3 business days of us receiving it back.
- Return window
- 7 days after your party. The label is already on the box; a return scan ends your responsibility for the kit.
- Late return
- $10 per day after the window closes, capped at $50 in total.
- Not returned by day 21
- The kit converts to a purchase at $279, with your deposit applied. We email you before this happens, twice, and you can stop it by sending the box back or by pressing Keep It yourself.
- Normal wear
- Free. Scuffs, fingerprints, a scratched decal, one sticky button — buttons are meant to be hit, and we do not charge for that.
- Disputing a charge
- 7 days to contest anything, with photos on both sides. No photos from us, no charge.
Damage rate card
The most we would charge for a broken part, per part. The damage waiver covers these outright.

If you cancel
- 7+ days before the party: 100% refunded.
- 3+ days before the party: 100% refunded, less the shipping we already paid.
- After the box has shipped: 50% refunded. Shipping and restocking retained.
The honest answers
Six things parents ask before they book
Is it clean?
Every station is sanitised, tested and sealed after the last party. The foil seal is unbroken when it reaches you, and there is a pack of wipes in the box that we never charge for.
What if my Wi-Fi dies?
The games download before the party. They run with the internet off — no login, no update, no server.
Is the deposit a real charge?
Yes. $200, charged the day the box ships, back on your card within three business days of us receiving it. We email you when the refund is sent.
What if it arrives late?
We add days to your access for free. If it misses the party entirely, you get your money back and keep the digital version for another day.
What if a kid breaks a button?
Buttons are meant to be hit. Normal wear costs you nothing, and we do not charge for scratches. The $14.99 damage waiver covers the rest, no photos and no argument.
How do I send it back?
The label is already on the box. Reseal it and hand it to your mail carrier at the door, any time in the 7 days after the party. One tap in your account books a porch pickup.
